I offer in-person tuition (within a certain distance) or online via Microsoft Teams. 

For a one off payment you can get access to my foundation (students aiming for a grade 4 or 5) or higher (students aiming for a grade 6, 7 or 8) exam question packs. Along with access to the pack you will get access to my quick answer checker,  my video solutions playlist and my topic recap video lists.

So that is over 200 questions per tier with accompanying explanation and revision videos. 

Working through these will massively boost your chances of reaching your potential.

*Questions are aimed at students sitting the Edexcel papers but still beneficial for any exam board.

I run small group courses for whatever level/course required. 

In-person courses will be run from a location in  or around the Glossop/Tameside area and online via Microsoft Teams.

I run school holiday workshops throughout the year for such things as exam preparation, summer catch up work, entrance exam practise, puzzles and problems solving...

If you cannot commit to a set time each week or do not require regular tuition but want help and guidance with you maths studies then please get in touch. 

I will first assess for areas of weakness and then create a monthly plan. 

Each month we will complete one rotation which will involve a topic set in week 1, 2 and 3.  During week 4 we will complete a face-to-face/online lesson. 

For each topic you will have a video/worksheet uploaded to your own personal file. These worksheets will be marked and uploaded and if required I will record a feedback video. 

Then repeat. 

This is NOT just online curriculum based maths lessons!

Each week I will set work that will precede the weekly lesson. This may involve mini investigations, research tasks, key skills checks...

Then we will bring this work together and go on to complete a variety of activities  that will merge multiple maths topics into a fun and engaging hour long lesson. 

Finally students will be set additional tasks to do before the next lesson, these tasks will consolidate the learning from the lesson and encourage further independent study. The tasks may be puzzles, tough problem solving challenges, next step extension questions, extended investigations or research projects. 

I am trialling these in Autumn 2026 with the hope of running them fully from Autumn 2027.

I can create a scheme of work for whatever content or style of learning required. 

Filled with investigations, puzzles, problem solving activities, videos, outdoor activities, cross curricular projects...

It can also be linked to a formal curriculum if required.

If your child loves puzzles then come join my puzzling community. 

Each month you will receive a selection of puzzles/riddles/problems. There will be a selection of styles and levels of difficulty. Some may need knowledge of specific topics but others will require no specific knowledge at all just a good amount of perseverance and logical thinking!

I am in the process of creating my GCSE Foundation Revision Escape Game. 

A perfect way to engage students and recap all the GCSE content just before their exams.

This would be suitable to be run as a workshop in a school or college or as a private course.

NB: the games are individual games based on each unit (number, algebra, ratio and proportion, space and measure, probability and data) so can be used individually or can be brought together as a whole.
